Leading Australian-owned software development company BlueChilli has moved into new premises in the Sydney CBD.
BlueChilli has secured a tenancy at Level 2, 50 York Street, Sydney, in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial Office Leasing Director Anthony Harris on behalf of owner Avard Pty Ltd.
Mr Harris said BlueChilli had leased a 396 sqm office space for its growing workforce.
“This is a character filled warehouse style commercial strata building situated near the corner of York and Market Street,” he said.
“The building features a beautiful heritage facade and a light filled foyer with high ceilings and exposed iron bark columns. It is a short walk to Darling Harbour as well as Martin Place.”
BlueChilli is a digital agency that specialises in software development, websites, digital marketing, while its subsidiary Venture Technology is committed to investing in Australian internet start-ups.
BlueChilli has taken up a 2.5 year tenancy at a gross rental industry sources estimate to be approximately $178,000 per annum.
