Health and wellbeing group, Results Laser Clinic, has secured new premises in Sydney's CBD.

Results Laser Clinic, which has 12 locations throughout NSW, Queensland and Victoria, leased Level 1, 280 George Street, Sydney, via Ray White Commercial Office Leasing Director John Skufris.

“The new location offers an area of 171.3 sqm with natural light on multiple sides and excellent exposure over George Street with Wynyard Station, the Met Centre and Australia Square still all just moments away," Mr Skufris said.

280 George Street is a 13-storey office building with three street frontages and net office area of approximately 5,097 sqm plus two basement car park levels owned by Arena Investment Management.

Mr. Skufris said Results Laser Clinic committed to a five year lease at an initial gross rental of $113,058 per annum. They were located nearby at 312 George Street but required expansion space and excellent proximity to public infrastructure.

“Other tenants in the building include Optus and Cerno, the Real Estate Advisory and Management group,” he said.
