WORKING BEES IN SYDNEY CBD

Contracting firms are continuing to utilise office space in the Sydney CBD for current, upcoming and pending projects, according to Ray White Commercial.

Ray White Commercial Office Leasing Director John Skufris said leasing opportunities close to buildings such as 8 Chifley Square and Grocon's 161 Castlereagh Street have been ideal for contractors seeking short term office accommodation.

Climatech, a leading mechanical services company, has just leased new premises at Level 6, 250 Pitt Street through Ray White Commercial.

Mr Skufris said: "Climatech's head office is located at Beaconsfield in South Sydney.

“However, the ability to occupy short term office space near current projects offers convenience for administration, meetings and storage."

Climatech had previously leased multiple offices at 147 King Street while completing its latest projects at 100 Market Street and 85 Castlereagh Street.

Their lease term is one year with an effective initial rental of $500 per sqm per annum. 250 Pitt Street’s other tenants include Vodafone and JCB International, the Japanese credit card company.
