POLE POSITION FOR DANCE STUDIO
Ray White Commercial Office Leasing director John Skufris, who handled the lease, said Bobbi’s had moved its CBD studio from 203 Castlereagh Street to Hellenic House at 251–253 Elizabeth Street, Sydney.
Mr Skufris said the company had leased approximately 250 sqm on level three with an initial lease term of five years.
“The Hellenic House building was an ideal fit for Bobbi’s growing business,” Mr Skufris said.
“The premises required a tailor to suit refurbishment and offered a whole floor with wonderful high ceilings and stunning Hyde Park views.”
Mr Skufris said Bobbi’s, an international award winning pole dance studio which was established in 2004, not only needed more room in the CBD but also convenience for its clients.
“Workers in the CBD need convenience and this has expanded beyond the traditional requirements for last minute groceries to gym and studio facilities,” he said.
Bobbi’s operates studios in the Sydney CBD and at Miranda in Sydney’s south with their other studios in Perth, Singapore and Malaysia.
The six-storey Hellenic House building opened in 1959 and is the home of the popular Hellenic Club restaurant.
