EVENT GROUPS RUNNING THE OFFICES

Event management groups have been actively securing office premises in Sydney's CBD, according to Ray White Commercial

Ray White Commercial Office Leasing Director John Skufris said features including original timber floors, high ceilings and excellent natural light have been ideal for event management groups seeking new office accommodation.

Mr Skufris said The Event Room, has relocated to Level 16, 109 Pitt Street through Ray White Commercial.

“The group was located nearby at Currency House, 23 Hunter Street,” Mr Skufris said.

"109 Pitt Street offered an existing fit out including glass partitioned boardroom, furnishings and a north facing aspect with fantastic natural light."

Mr Skufris said the suite is 58 sqm and the lease term is two years with an effective initial rental of approximately $540 per sqm per annum gross.

“109 Pitt Street has the convenience of direct access to Hunter Connection's retail stores and thoroughfare to Wynard Station,” he said.

The money management business, My Budget, has also recently relocated to Level 7, 109 Pitt Street.

Another events group, Connect Events, has moved from a city fringe studio in Surry Hills to Level 3, 250 Pitt Street, Sydney.

“250 Pitt Street offered high ceilings, timber floors, great lighting, individual air conditioning and access to shower facilities,” Mr Skufris said.
