WAREHOUSE STYLE OFFICES NOW LEASING IN SYDNEY’S SOUTHERN CBD

The intersection of Liverpool Street and Sussex Street in Sydney’s southern CBD is offering warehouse style office space in character buildings, according to Ray White Commercial.

Ray White Commercial Office Leasing Director John Skufris said a precinct once considered a location between Chinatown and Sydney’s Spanish Quarter now featured exciting warehouse style leasing opportunities.

“For example, the Commerce Building at 353 Sussex Street and 78 Liverpool Street offers warehouse style tenancies ideal for creative tenants,” Mr Skufris said.

“These tenancies include generous ceiling heights, timber flooring, exposed ceilings and they offer close proximity to Darling Harbour, World Square and Town Hall Station.

“The upper ground level of 78 Liverpool Street was previously occupied by a photographic studio.”

Mr Skufris said Japanese company Big Bridge International recently secured a three year lease for approximately 109 sqm at Level 3, 353 Sussex Street. The initial rental was approximately $340 per sqm per annum.

“Separately, the Oh Min group leased 156 sqm at Level 3, 78 Liverpool Street. The initial rental was $350 per sqm per annum and the lease term was also three years.

Both transactions were completed by Mr Skufris on behalf of private owners.
